The Theodore Payne Foundation is pleased to host a talk and book signing of just-publsihed Wild Suburbia: Learning to Garden with Native Plants, with author, horticulturist and native plant expert Barbara Eisenstein.

Barbara is a talented writer and photographer, as well as a respected teacher and blogger (weedingwildsurburbia.com). Her South Pasadena home garden is a popular stop on the annual Theodore Payne Native Plant Garden Tour – and her new, fact-filled beautifully illustrated book (published by Heyday Books) encourages gardeners to discovers the joys and wonders of gardening with native plants. Barbara will give a short talk, followed by a booksigning. Wine and finger foods will be served.

Admission is free. Reservations requested.
