Authors Night at South Pas Library

Wild Suburbia - Learning to garden with native plants

The South Pasadena Public Library Community Room will be throbbing with life on the evening of Monday, October 10 at 7 p.m. – even though the rest of the Library will be closed due to Columbus Day. Barbara Eisenstein and Bill Tweed, each an author of a new nature book published by Heyday Books, one of the top publishers of titles on the Golden State, will be discussing their brand new releases. Barbara will be introducing her new book “Wild Suburbia: Learning to Live with Native Plants” and Bill will be discussing his “King Sequoia, the Tree That Inspired a Nation and Changed the Way We Think about Nature”.
